Sergio Ramos has been linked with a summer move to Chelsea (El Chiringuito) and after officially ending his 16-year association with Real Madrid, the defender is currently a free agent.
With that said, Chelsea fans might be interested to see an interaction between Ramos and former captain Terry on social media less than 24 hours after reports of an offer.
So, Chelsea legend John Terry has uploaded a graphic on Instagram that has ranked defenders from all top 5 leagues in terms of goals scored. With 103 goals to his name, Ramos was top of the list with Terry as the runner-up having scored 66 goals during his sports career.
The former captain of Real Madrid was obviously grateful for that Insta Story as he reposted it with a classy message.
"Thank you, bro. It's a pleasure to be on the list with so many great players," Ramos wrote on
Instagram.
Perhaps this was a good occasion for the Chelsea fans to get their hopes high after seeing this legendary interaction.
