Scott Parker expects Aleksander Mitrovic to be fit for Brentford clash

Fulham have received a major boost as the club boss Scott Parker has revealed that Aleksander Mitrovic is likely to be fit for their play-off final clash against Brentford. Mitrovic was the Championship's goalscorer of the 2019/20 season, netting 26 times for his side. However, he missed both legs of the play-off semi-final against Cardiff City. Fulham will face their west London rivals, Brentford, for the Premier League promotion. And ahead of the clash Parker spoke to West London Sport. The coach expects Mitrovic to be fit for the match. “He was close tonight, but not good enough. It would have been a massive risk.
We pushed and pushed, the medical team had done everything they could, but he just wasn’t ready. Now we have some time, so we’re going to do what we can to get him out there. He’ll be working now, get treatment, and be out on the grass.” Fulham boss said.
