Scott Allan reacts to McGinn’s Manchester United transfer rumours

Hibernian midfielder Scott Allan thinks it would be 'brilliant' to see Aston Villa star John McGinn move to Old Trafford. McGinn left Hibernian in the summer of 2018, deciding to join Aston Villa instead of Celtic.  The 24-year-old has already scored three times for the club this season. Yet he has bagged a hat-trick playing in the Scotland squad against San Marino just days ago. After the player’s results, Manchester United have targeted the central midfielder for the January transfer window, ESPN claim. McGinn’s ex-teammate thinks will fortunate at United as he is qualified enough to play with the Red Devils.  Speaking on the defender’s possible transfer to United, he told PLZ Soccer: “That would be brilliant, I don't see why not. He's just a player that fans get endeared to because of the work ethic, but he's got the quality, too. Everyone's seeing that now, and it'll maybe give people down south a look at the Scottish league and see that we do have quality up here.” Source: HITC
