Ryan Giggs has denied assaulting his girlfriend, Kate Greville. Manchester United legend was arrested over the allegation on Sunday. Police were called to Giggs property in Worsley, Manchester on Sunday night and Giggs was arrested on suspicion of section 47 assault and section 39 common assault. The Wales manager was released on bail, leaving Pendleton police station on Monday afternoon, and has now publicly denied the allegations. A statement on behalf of Giggs read: "Mr Giggs denies all allegations of assault made against him. He is co-operating with the police and will continue to assist them with their ongoing investigations."
