Romelu Lukaku’s agent was spotted arriving at the Serie A giants’ offices for talks over the Belgian’s possible move.
Lukaku is keen on leaving Old Trafford to play under Antonio Conte, who twice tried to sign the forward.
However, Inter’s hopes of landing Lukaku depend on selling Mauro Icardi and they’re yet to find a buyer for the Argentine.
CalcioMercato are running footage of Federico Pastorello entering the building, though he was also working on the future of Inter ace Edoardo Vergani.
Pastorello confirmed to Italian media afterwards that Inter are keen on signing Lukaku and insisted ‘nothing is impossible’. “We talked about [Edoardo] Vergani because his is a more urgent situation,” Pastorello told FC Inter News. “In the next few days, we’ll talk about the rest. Lukaku is a dream, a difficult one to make happen as such, but I believe nothing s impossible. Yes [Inter are trying to sign him] they’ve publicly expressed their plans and desires. We’ll see what happens.”
