Romelu Lukaku responds to Chelsea big-money bid

Romelu Lukaku has reportedly responded to Chelsea's mega-money offer to sign him this summer. The Blues offered the Inter Milan striker a salary of over €10million (£8.5million) a season - and were willing to pay Inter €130million (£110.6million) for him. However, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Lukaku has turned down their offer, 'politely saying no' and delivering a damning blow to Chelsea's summer ambitions, with the 28-year-old wanting to stay with the Nerazzurri. The Belgian international has expressed his desire to stay in the Italian capital, and refused to continue negotiations with his former club.
