Roger Federer to have advantage over Rafael Nadal if Novak Djokovic handed Australian Open ban

Novak Djokovic could hand Roger Federer a golden opportunity to win another grand slam as he may miss the next Australian Open. It's said that all participants must be vaccinated and Djokovic has chosen to not disclose his vaccination status so far. And if the World No.1 is banned for the upcoming Australian Open, then Federer could be in line for another grand slam. The Serbian has given verdict on getting vaccinated.
"I don't want to be labelled as someone who is against or who is for vaccines.   “I'm not going to answer the question and hope that everyone will respect that."   "And I will keep the decision as to whether I'm going to get vaccinated or not to myself, it's an intimate decision and I don't want to go into this game of pro and against vaccines, which the media is unfortunately creating these days."
In fact, Rafa Nadal has lost his last 4 Australian Open finals, and hasn't won the competition since 2009. The above mentioned record, of course, gives hope to the Swiss' fans, as he's running out of time to add to his collection of grand slam titles, making this his best opportunity left if Djokovic is set to miss the tournament.   Source - express Follow us on Twitter!
