Roger Federer: “I am always on the road, and sometimes it’s stressful”

Roger Federer has admitted he is always on the road and sometimes it’s stressful. “It would definitely be better to spend more time at home and have life rhythms every day,” said the 20-time Grand Slam winner. “When I have the chance to spend two weeks at home, in just one place, I am like: "Are you joking? Is it the reality?" Obviously, sometimes I would like to stay home for two months in a row, but I know that once I stop playing tennis I can stay home every day if I want. “That's why I want to enjoy my trips and live all of this in the first person. I spend two hours with media and two hours having treatment. I also have to accept my fans' requests as they cheer my name, all of this is funny but sometimes my day is too busy. So yeah, life changed a little bit.' Does Federer remember the last time that he got angry? “Yeah, sometimes it happens. I am always on the road, with children and sometimes you feel stressful... I am a very calm person and if I get angry it's because it's worth. The last time I got really angry was a long time ago, but there are also moments where I feel nervous because I think we could do certain things in a different way. Especially when you have children, you need to always decide with your wife what's right to do to organize your day. It also thanks to tennis that I manage to handle the situation well enough.”
