Roberto Bautista Agut makes Rafael Nadal injury admission amid ATP Finals doubts

Roberto Bautista Agut insists he doesn’t want Rafael Nadal to be injured despite wanting to be able to play at the ATP Finals. Nadal announced he had sustained a right abdominal strain after practising his serve at the Paris Masters on Saturday. He told Spanish publication Marca: “I would like to be able to play. But on the other hand, I don't want anyone to be injured, let alone Rafa.” Bautista Agut backed his fellow Spaniard to come through the group if fit. He said: “It is tough because they are the eight best in the world. It will depend more on Rafa than on the rivals, since if he is well and plays at a high level, it doesn't matter who is ahead.” The ATP Finals get underway on November 10. Source- Express
