RMC: Chelsea in pole position to sign PSG midfielder

Chelsea are reportedly closing to signing 17-year-old PSG midfielder Kays Ruiz-Atil, according to French outlet  RMC Sport. The 17-year-old is considered to be a hot prospect but has stalled on committing to an extension to a contract in France which is due to run until 2021. Frank Lampard’s side have contacted Ruiz-Atil’s representatives over a possible move to London. Ruiz –Atil is a central midfielder and he moved to Paris Saint-Germain from Barcelona in 2015.
