Rivaldo advises Neymar to leave Paris Saint-Germain

Brazil legend Rivaldo has suggested that Neymar should leave Paris Saint-Germain.  Last year, Neymar left Barcelona to make the  switch to PSG. Brazilian has scored 28 goals in 29 games. However, Rivaldo has claimed that Neymar will not become the best player in world while playing in France. "I have even told Neymar he could be the best in the world, but I believe that if he stays at PSG, it will not happen. He has to leave PSG. "The football for him, if he is to be the best in the world, has to be in Spain.
