Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua could earn £77 mln in total in case they meet for the undisputed title fight, The Sun reports.
31-year-old Fury won the WBC belt from Deontay Wilder after beating the Bronze Bomber at MGM Grand on February 22.
The Gipsy King now has the opportunity to meet Anthony Joshua for all-Britain fight in summer, as AJ’s promoter Eddie Hean has announced they are ready to cancel the IBF mandatory defence against Kubrat Pulev to meet Fury.
With this scenario, Fury can become Britain’s richest ever sportsman, as he’s already earned £30 mln for Wilder rematch plus the his part for pay-per-views (3 mln reportedly sold).
The new WBC champion can finish this year with £100 mln earnings.
