REVEALED: Remember the European Super League? It will certainly NOT happen in near future

According to recently leaked documents, several European top clubs, including Bayern Munich, Liverpool, Manchester United, PSG, Real Madrid and Barcelona, have been discussing a possible option of creating a European Super League and considering breaking away from UEFA. The reason was poor financial status of UEFA in comparison with the massive possible outcomes of Super League. Discussions have been held during recent years, however, UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin has confirmed today they 'are united again' and not a single top club will try to exit the association. He said during 43rd Congress at Rome (via ECHO): “It seems shortly before my election (2016) European clubs were considering a breakaway. But we talked to each other, listened to each other, we understood each other and now we are united again. “It’s not a promise, it’s a fact." “The only thing ‘great’ about you would have been your past and nothing else,"  “By respecting the football pyramid, the promotion and relegation system that lies in the heart of our sporting culture, results on the pitch, which sometimes differ from those in the account books, you remain great clubs in the world’s eyes. “The greatest clubs in history. For eternity.” added Ceferin.
