REVEALED: Monaco wants THIRD signing from Chelsea

AS Monaco wants the third signing from Chelsea this week. Monaco closed a deal for Cesc Fabregas and about to complete a deal with Michy Batshuayi. However, according to UOL Esporte they aren’t yet done with Chelsea. Monaco now ant Blues defender David Luiz, who is coming off contract at Stamford Bridge in June. Benfica and Palmeiras are also being linked with Luiz this week, however, Monaco's favour is their positive relationship with the stopper’s agent, Kia Joorabchian.
