REVEALED: Denis Suarez shirt number at Arsenal

Arsenal have confirmed the signing of Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez on loan until the end of the season. Barcelona have extended the 25-year-old’s contract until June 2021, although the Gunners have a purchase option in the summer. Denis Suarez’s shirt number at his new club has now revealed. The Spaniard will wear number 22 shirt. The No.22 shirt was vacant after Jeff Reine-Adelaide left the club on a permanent basis. Since Gael Clichy’s departure in 2011, the shirt number has been vacant.
