REVEALED: Why Arsenal refused to sign Mohamed Salah: The reason could amaze both Arsenal and Liverpool fans

It has recently been revealed that Arsenal opted to sign Liverpool star Mohamed Salah but failed to do that  as they had a constant reason. The Egyptian joined the Reds from Roma for £37.8million and had an amazing start with 44 goals in 52 appearances, helping guide Liverpool to a Champions League  final in the process. Arsenal appeared to be interested in signing the Egyptian last year, however, the club decided against pursuing the 26-year-old and the reason could amaze both Arsenal and Liverpool fans. According to The Times, Liverpool knew Chelsea did not want to re-sign the striker were aware he was out of Spurs' price range and that he was of no interest to either Manchester United or City. However, The Reds did see Arsenal as competition, believing Salah to be a natural signing for the Gunners. But Liverpool were left amazed after Arsenal's scout deemed the winger "wasteful".
