Reports: Milan consider Liverpool star as top target to sign in January

AC Milan consider Liverpool’s Fabinho  as their top transfer target for January. 25-year-old Brazilian has started only in three Premier League matches since moving from Monaco for £40 m. As Milan’s main central midfielder Lucas Biglia is injured and will be out for several months, Italian club considers a move for Fabinho, Corriere Dello Sport reports. A loan deal could be considered, as Fabinho is losing the competition for the place in starting lineup to Jordan Henderson and Naby Keita. However, Brazilian international recently said he feels happy at Melwood and is ready for the challenges. "The moment is good, being called has helped too. So I'm very happy, I hope I can keep it." he said (via The Sun) "I know the rate here is very high, you have to always try to keep a good performance, and in our team we have a lot of options in the midfield. "Of course it's not possible to be always called, but whenever the coach needs me I want to be ready for it." Fabinho added.
