Reports: Loris Karius to accept a wage cut in order to stay at Besiktas

Liverpool loanee Loris Karius could accept a pay cut in order to stay at Besiktas, Turkish media reports (via LiverpoolECHO). Despite having tough times at the Istanbul club, the German international is willing to accept a wage cut instead of returning to Liverpool and then going to another club. Earlier it has been reported that Liverpool are willing to sell Loris Karius during the upcoming transfer window. German goalkeeper, who has been playing for Besiktas on loan terms, will return to the Merseyside club, as he didn’t convince the Turkish side that he had the qualities to remain club’s permanent no 1. Despite Adrian’s latest mistakes in the Champions League Round of 16 against Atletico Madrid, Jurgen Klopp doesn’t consider Karius in the lineup for the future.  Liverpool are willing to sell the former Mainz goalkeeper for £4.5 mln. West Ham United are interested in signing Karius, according to what has been reported by Voetbal 24.
