Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to return for the first leg of Champions League quarterfinals against Ajax Amsterdam.
After his fantastic hat-trick against Atletico Madrid in Round of 16, 5-time Ballon d’Or winner has been give time to rest by Massimiliano Allegri. Ronaldo then joined his national team and played full match against Ukraine. He was expected to play a full match with Serbia either, but Portuguese star got injured in the first half and was forced to be substituted.
According to reports from Italian media, Ronaldo visited medical staff earlier today, but didn’t undergo any medical tests.
Juventus’s #7 is set to miss the 3 upcoming Serie A matches against Empoli, Cagliari and AC Milan. However, Ronaldo is expected to be fit for Ajax clash.
