Report: Tottenham lead race to sign centre-back, Arsenal also keen

Tottenham are in a pole position to sign Lyon defender Joachim Andersen, according to The Telegraph. The 24-year-old, who is currently playing on loan at Fulham, has made 32 appearances for his side and has captained the team on several occasions. Spurs have been heavily linked with the move for the defender, with the club eager to improve the squad for the next season. And now, the report claims Andersen is in top position in the club's summer wishlist. It is also reported that the North London rivals, Arsenal, have also joined the race to land the Danish professional.
