Report: Jurgen Klopp offered chance to sign Crystal Palace and Tottenham target for just £8.5m

Liverpool have been offered the chance to sign Ozan Kabak for just £8.5m, according to Goal. Kabak has just returned to Schalke 04 from his loan spell at Anfield after the Reds decided not to sign the defender on a permanent basis. Instead, they secured the transfer of Ibrahima Konate. Now the report claims Schalke 04 have offered their man to Liverpool for a significantly reduced price. However, Jurgen Klopp's side are unlikely to change their mind regarding Kabak's transfer. Meanwhile, Crystal Palace and Tottenham have shown interest in the 21-year-old.
