Report: Arsenal now in talks to sign Patrick Vieira N2 on a free transfer

Arsenal have eyed Borussia Mönchengladbach star Denis Zakaria, according to Fussball Transfers. The Swiss professional's contract with the German side expires in the summer of 2022, and the Gunners are now in talks with the player's agent over a potential move, though it may highly depend on the clubs' qualification for the Champions League. Manchester United and Manchester City are also reported to have an interest in Zakaria, who has been described as the next Patrick Vieira. However, Arsenal are leading the race to land the 25-year-old at the Emirates Stadium as a free agent next summer.
