It’s no secret that Tottenham are currently looking for a striker to replace team talisman Harry Kane, who is sidelined with a hamstring injury.
Kane is set to be out until April, and recently there have been numerous reports suggesting numerous players being linked with a move to Spurs.
Here are the list of players, who have been reportedly linked with a move to the North London club.
According to Defensa Central, Jose Mourinho called Real Madrid chief Florentino Perez to learn about the availability of the 22-year-old.
However, despite their good relationship, Perez refused the offer, insisting that the Spanish giants are keen to stand by Jović despite a tough debut season at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Since leaving Porto in 2017, the 24-year-old has struggled at clubs in Europe’s top five leagues: AC Milan, Sevilla, and Eintracht Frankfurt.
The Telegraph reported earlier this month that Silva was a target for Jose Mourinho’s side, however, he is not particularly strong and would most likely struggle to adapt in the Premier League.
