Reece James has spoken out on Chelsea's January transfer window signings. The Blues had a busy transfer window as they welcomed David Datro Fofana, Benoit Badiashile, Andrey Santos, Mykhailo Mudryk and Noni Madueke as well as Malo Gusto.
Following the transfer window, the Blues were expected to improve their poor results, however, Graham Potter's side are still fighting to come out of the difficult situation.
Chelsea are currently 9th in the league table and have played three draws in a row having scored only on goal in those games.
"I quite enjoy playing with new players, you don't really know what to expect from them," James said to Sky Sports. "I know they all come in from different places all over the world and different teams.
"They are all here to help at the end of the day. The quicker they are comfortable and settled the quicker they can maximise their help."
"The transfer window is one of my biggest hates. The January period is always so busy with many games and then you have transfer noise as well. It's all a bit much in one month so I don't really listen too much," James continued.
"I don't think there's a trophy we cannot win," James added. "When that happens I do not know, but I think with the team we are building and the structure the club is turning into with all the young players.
"Once we play together for a longer period of time and everyone gains more experience I think we are going to be one of the best teams in the world. From the times I have played I have loved it and I enjoy working under him [Potter] every day."
