"Really good": Erik ten Hag and Bruno Fernandes praise one Wolves player after Saturday game

Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has shared his high praise for Wolves goalkeeper Dan Bentley following the club's Premier League game on Saturday.

The Red Devils celebrated a 2 - 0 victory over the opponents in the domestic top tier, with Anthony Martial and Alejandro Garnacho scoring the winning goals for their side.

Despite the result, Wolves debutant Bentley got huge praise for his display after making a bunch of impressive saves against United star Jadon Sancho, Casemiro and Antony.

“We missed great opportunities. And, once again, we make the keeper from the opponent the Man of the Match,” Ten Hag told the press after the weekend's game, via HITC.

United midfielder Bruno Fernandes also accepted that the team lost a number of chances versus the opponents due to the keeper's great job.

“We did a professional game and could have scored more. Their keeper had a really good game to keep Wolves in the game. It wasn’t a case of wasting our chances. Their keeper did a really good job. We have to compliment him," he told BBC.

Following the Wolves' victory, United are now sitting in 4th place in the Premier League table with 66 points. They will be looking to continue their winning run to secure a Champions League spot for the next season.
