Liverpool are preparing for Champions League game against Red Bull Salzburg on Wednesday, October 2.

In the first group stage game the Reds were defeated by Napoli with a 2-0 score, meanwhile Salzburg celebrated a 6-2 victory over Genk.

Ahead of the game, Salzburg manager Jesse Marsch has revealed that his side are certainly going to Anfield to win.

“It is a terrible match-up for us in one sense because all the things we do well they are better at,” Marsch told The Times via LiverpoolECHO.

“They like games to feel the same way that we like them to feel, so I think stylistically, it will be a big challenge for us but we will also make things difficult for them.

“We will have to be incredibly good on the day at what we do. We are certainly going there to win.”
