Fabrizio Romano has provided an update on Manchester City's pursuit of Josko Gvardiol.
According to the sports journalist, Pep Guardiola's side are making significant progress in their trals to sign the Croatia international.
Talks regarding personal terms with the player are going well, which also regards the negotiations with Mateo Kovacic.
However, Romano claims Leipzig are adamant about selling Gvardiol only if they receive a substantial transfer fee. Otherwise, they are willing to kepp the player for another season.
