RB Leipzig sporting director talks Timo Werner FUTURE amid Liverpool and Chelsea interest

RB Leipzig sporting director Markus Krosche has revealed there have not been talks with Liverpool or any other team, that are interested in signing Timo Werner.  The 23-year-old German forward has recently been linked with a Premier League move, as Liverpool and Chelsea are the two clubs interested in signing him.  "There has been nothing at all. But it's normal that Timo gets into the focus of other clubs.” Markus Krosche told Bild (via football.london). "He's playing a very, very good season and scores very, very often. Timo has a long-term contract and there are not many things that favour him leaving us. "We play Champions League, we have a super coaching team and we still want to achieve a lot." Werner himself has earlier spoken up on Liverpool interest. Germany national team striker has talked about his admiration for the Merseyside club and Jurgen Klopp.  “Yes I know that Liverpool is the best team in the world at the moment,” Werner said on ViasportFotball after the first leg against Tottenham Hotspur. “When you’re linked with that team it makes you very proud but in case of that, it’s a pleasure, but I know Liverpool have a lot of good players. I have to improve myself and to learn many more things to get on this level and to play there.”
