Ralf Rangnick has eyed four players for a possible transfer to Manchester United, according to BILD journalist
Christian Falk.
The German manager's shortlist includes RB Leipzig duo Amadou Haidara and Christopher Nkunku, Chelsea attacker Timo Werner and Borussia Dortmund star Erling Haaland.
Haidara is targeted as a potential replacement to Paul Pogba, while the deal could materialize in January.
Rangnick has previously tried to sign
Nkunku from PSG, with Leipzig landing him in 2019. Now he wants to see the 24-year-old playing at Old Trafford.
The German boss also was behind
Werner's improvement earlier in the player's career, while his relationship with Thomas Tuchel and Chelsea could play a great role in the forward's move.
As for
Haaland, Rangnick is close to the Norwegian's father and agent Alf-Inge. He will try to convince the young star to join United.
