"Raise their game": Mark Lawrenson states his prediction for Watford v Manchester City

Mark Lawrenson has given his prediction for the upcoming match between Watford and Manchester City. The Hornets are currently in 17th place in the league table with 13 points, while the Citizens are 2nd one point behind the leaders, Chelsea with 32 points. Both clubs will be hoping to have a successful match when they face each other on Saturday, however, Lawrenson backs Pep Guardiola's team to celebrate a victory over the rivals. "Watford were very lucky against Chelsea in midweek. The very least they deserved was a point, if not all three," the pundit said on BBC Sport. "But now they have to try to raise their game again, against the defending champions. I just don't think it's possible to do that twice in the space of four days. "Manchester City had to hold on for their win at Aston Villa on Wednesday but they can defend well when they have to, and we know how good they are going forward."
