England is preparing to play UEFA Nations League game against Netherlands today, June 6. Ahead of the game, Raheem Sterling has apologized to Gareth Southgate following claims from his PR people he is set to captain England. "I couldn't tell you that (why it happened?)," said Sterling.  "I woke up in the morning fuming. I had a conversation with Gareth. "I hadn't had a conversation with anyone in my agency, so it was a strange one to wake up to. "The first thing I did after I came off the phone to my agent was see Gareth down the hallway (at St George's Park). "I apologised to him for what had happened. I don't know where that's come from." The game is scheduled at 7:45pm BST, Estádio D. Afonso Henriques, Guimaraes. The winner of the clash will face Portugal in the final on June 9.
