Rafael Nadal is fed up with answering questions about his fitness.
The Spaniard beat Daniil Medved 6-3, 6-0 in the Rogers Cup final last night.
Nadal feels he is back to full health ahead of the US Open and no longer wants to answer questions about the problems which are in the past.
“I don’t want to talk about injuries any more,” Nadal said. “I talk about injuries when I’m injured enough.
“I have been injured more than I would like to but when I am healthy I don’t want to talk about it. Of course last season towards the end of 2018 and the start of 2019 there has been a lot of issues.
“Some of them you know about but I cannot come here and say different stuff. I have been healthy for a while. Since Madrid I have been improving in al terms. I am getting better and that is making me play better too because my mind is focussed on tennis.”
