Rafa Nadal doesn’t agree with fans when asked his preferred weather conditions at Roland Garros
It was not too difficult for Rafa Nadal to beat Yannick Maden, 6-1, 6-2, 6-4.
Spaniard will now face David Goffin in the third round, as he keeps on battling for his 12th French Open title.
Nadal was asked whether he prefers to play during heavy weather, and 32-year-old disagreed with fans’ opinion.
He said that he loves good conditions, and because some people doesn’t understand the game, they think he prefers to play slowly.
“It’s the contrary - I like playing when the ball is fast.” Nadal added. (via Daily Express)
“If you ask me what I prefer, it’s pleasant temperature and sun.” he concluded.
