Injured Liverpool centre-back Joel Matip could be back for the club’s Premier League clash against Manchester City on the 8th of November, according to talkSPORT pundit Jason Cundy. Matip has not played for Liverpool since the Premier League Merseyside derby that took place at Goodison Park just over a week ago. However, Cundy believes that Matip could return for the clash at the Etihad Stadium early next month. Cundy told talkSPORT: “At the moment we don’t know how long Matip is going to be out [for]. I believe there’s hope he will be back for the Man City game which is next weekend.”
