"They need to get rid of a lot of deadwood. Even doing that, they won’t be challenging for the title. That’s the root of the issue with Kane. Are they going to go out and spend £300million? No. "That’s what they need to do to become challengers. After that, do they have the mental capacity? Do they believe they can win the league? I don’t think they do. They are a team who can maybe get fourth and that’s it. It’s not good enough.”
