PSG star may be offered to Manchester United and Manchester City because of Barcelona financial issues

Neymar could be offered to the Premier League clubs Manchester United and Manchester City because of Barcelona's financial issues. The Brazil international joined the French side back in 2017 with a €222m record transfer fee. After his 3-year- spell at France, the 28-year-old wants to re-join with Catalan giants. The latters have already tried to bring the winger back to Camp Nou, however, the deal didn't materialise. Now, as Neymar's future at PSG is up in the air, Barcelona are said to be unaware of resigning the player due to the financial crisis caused by coronavirus outbreak. Meanwhile, Real Madrid are also out of Neymar's possible destination. And it is suggested that PSG will be likely to offer the player to United and City. The Red Devils have been previously linked with the Brazilian as PSG offered a swap deal, though Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Ed Woodward politely declined. A year later, the same could happen despite United's huge interest in Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho. City could be another destination as the club boss Pep Guardiola is eager to improve the squad in order to bring the Premier League title back to Etihad.
