PSG make a bid for £31million Chelsea target

According to the reports, Chelsea are close to completing an impressive double deal as a Zenit St. Petersburg midfielder Leandro Paredes is set to join the club. The Blues are also close to signing Gonzalo Higuain. The deal of Leandro is believed to be around £31million. But according to Tribalfootball, PSG have joined Chelsea in the race for Paredes. PSG's opening offer is said to be around £9m short of Zenit's valuation. Paredes generally operates as a defensive midfielder and has scored three goals and provided two assists in 15 Russian Premier League games this season.
