Manchester City are preparing to play an away Premier League game against Watford on Tuesday, July 21. Ahad of the game, City head coach Pep Guardiola faced the media and answered their questions about several topics such as Leeds promotion, schedule ahead of Real Madrid game and more. On Leeds promotion "Congratulations not just to MB but all Leeds. It is an historic team, after 16 years they are coming back and it will be good to go to play in that stadium against them. They have done an exceptional job, it was not easy mentally for the club after not being promoted last season. They did it one year later, which shows how consistent they are. Big congratulations." On schedule ahead of Real Madrid game "No [rest]/ We will have two days after the game against Watford but after the Watford game we will have two weeks of training sessions." On Watford change "It is not easy for me to talk about this. I respect the decision, all i can say is before the lockdown what Nigel did was incredible. The amount of points they got..but after that I don’t know what happened, I respect the decision of the club and I wish Nigel all the best. He is an experienced manager in England." On changes in Premier League "I learn a lot about the PL, about myself and the players.
