Press Conference: Ole Gunnar Solskjaer provides latest injury update on Paul Pogba, ahead AZ Alkmaar clash

Manchester United heading to their Europa League last Group stage game against AZ Alkmaar. United have already qualified for the knockout stages, but the game against Alkmaar will decide who’ll lead the group. The victory and a draw will put Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side in the first place, but the lost will see him to end the group stage in the second place. Ahead of the game, United boss Solskjaer faced the press. The big injury update everyone is waiting on is Paul Pogba. Others still sidelined are Marcos Rojo, Diogo Dalot, Eric Bailly, Fous-Mensah and Nemanja Matic. However, Solskjaer said, Pogba will not play: “No, it’s too early.” But he hopes, he will return until the end of the year: “Working hard to get fit and hopefully we can get him back on the pitch.” When asked, will Pogba get straight back in the team, the Norwegian answered: “Let’s get him fit and back in form. He will play loads of games. He’s one of the best players in the world and we’re looking forward to having him back.” On Nemanja Matic, Solskjaer said, that he is fit and due to be involved, while Dalot will not feature. Solskjaer said that the mood in the camp is good. On Group win, the boss said: “Of course I’m bothered.
