Premier League: Manchester City 5-0 Newcastle United

Manchester City beat Newcastle United on Wednesday with the score of 5-0. Gabriel Jesus opened the scoring already in the 10th minute of the clash with the help of David Silva. Just a few minutes later Riyad Mahrez doubled his side's advantage assisted by Kevin De Bruyne. In the second-half Federico Fernández scored but for the wrong side and handed the Citizens another goal. David Silva then went for the another goal and scored the fouth one for his side. Raheem Sterling netted the fifth one for the Citizens in the last minute of the match. After the win Manchester City are second in the Premier League table with 59 points, while Newcastle are 13th with 43 points.
