Premier League decision on Aston Villa's future expected today

Aston Villa will have their future expected today, with the Premier League holding a meeting this afternoon. Football competitions have been suspended due to the coronavirus outbreak, and the league's completement continues to be up in the air. Earlier this week UEFA has released a statement signed by the Premier League, English Football League (EFL) League Managers' Association and Professional Footballers' Association. The statement didn't say very much, while revealed about scheduling a meeting for the next 48 hours. The deadline ends tonight, which means Villans should receive an update on the 2019-20 season. With the summer's Wimbledon championships being cancelled earlier this week, there could be concerns over football competitions season as well.
