Premier League: Chelsea 2-0 Wolves

Chelsea beat Wolves in their last Premier League game of the season. Mason Mount opened the score for the Blues and Olivier Giroud doubled the lead. Frank Lampard's side finished the league in the fourth place and earned Champions League qualification. Wolves, meanwhile, seventh in the league.
