Premier League “Big Six” proportion of points home and away since 2017/18: Arsenal have lowest proportion

Arsenal have played 16 games away, have won six of them, have defeated in six and only four matches ended with a draw this season so far. The most woeful fact is that that the Gunners didn’t manage to keep an away clean sheet in the Premier League this season, before their 1-0 victory over Watford this Monday. However, the Gunner’s away problems began erewhiles. According to latest statistics by OptaJoe, since the start of the 2017-18 season, only 28% of Arsenal’s total points have come away from home in the Premier League (35/126); the lowest proportion of the  “big six” sides in the competition in this period. Manchester City and Tottenham have nearly the same amount of points, as they are stable both at home and away.  46% of Manchester City’s total points have come from away games, while Tottenham have an index of 47%.
