Premier League and FA Cup matches could be played BEHIND CLOSED DOORS

The FA and Premier League are considering the possibility of playing league and cup matches behind closed doors if there is a mass spread of coronavirus, as reported by the Daily Mail At this point, there were no fixture changes in the PL or FA Cup. However, if the government prohibits large gatherings, behind-closed-doors games could become the only option for the organizations.  Earlier, it has been reported that all tournaments could be cancelled and results declared null and void.  But such cancellation would lead to multi-million losses and the worst case scenario is now considered to be playing the games without fans.  Not only the Premier League, but other major competitions are under danger to be postponed or taken place behind closed doors. Tokyo 2020 Olympics and Euro 2020 are among those competitions. UEFA are closely monitoring the situation with healthcare organizations and governments and are ready to take actions in case coronavirus spreads more in the continent.
