Poland manager makes Robert Lewandowski Liverpool move request amid his Bayern exit

Poland National Team manager Czeslaw Michniewicz has jokingly admitted he would like to see Robert Lewandowski sign for Liverpool this summer.

The striker announced yesterday, that his story with the German club is ‘over’ amid Barcelona interest.

The 33-year-old scored 344 goals in 375 games and won 19 trophies since joining the Bundesliga giants in 2014.

However, the Blaugranas are showing a high interest in the player and the reports tell he wants to continue his career with Xavi’s side.

Speaking to the media Michniewicz claimed he would like to see Robert sign for Liverpool next season:

“I’d like to see Lewandowski in Liverpool since I’m a supporter of the club.”
