Deportivo Manchego striker Matias Pogba affirmed Zinedine Zidane’s huge interest in his brother Paul.
In spite of Zidane’s trials to persuade the Manchester United midfielder to leave the Red Devils for Real during the summer transfer window, the footballer stayed at Old Trafford.
However, the Real Madrid boss may keep on with his further intentions to sign Pogba.
Matias told
Radio Marca: '
Zidane wanted players, he didn't get them, but I have no doubt that he's going to do the work he needs to do in order to get the team back to the level he wants. I like Zidane and he likes my brother - everyone knows it.'
Juventus also intended to land Pogba in the summer but United wanted £150million cash for the player.
