“What a player”: David Beckham lauds Arsenal and Tottenham transfer target after Premier League promotion

David Beckham has shared his praise for Arsenal and Tottenham target Brennan Johnson on social media.

The 21-year-old’s team, Nottingham Forest, was promoted to the Premier League yesterday after beating Huddersfield Town in the Championship play-off. The club returned to England’s top tier after a 23-year absence.

Johnson celebrated his team’s promotion by sharing a message on Instagram. He wrote: “Vibes good… PREMIER LEAGUE BABY.” 

Beckham reacted to his post by commenting on it: “Congratulations mate what a moment and what a season @brenjohnson_ @davidjohnson31.”

According to Daily Mail, Arsenal and Tottenham are among the clubs interested in Johnson’s services. The forward is rated at £20 million.
