Arsenal announced the signing of Thomas Partney from Atletico Madrid on deadline day. The 27-year-old signed a long-term contract with Arsenal as the Gunners activating the Ghanian’s £45m release clause.

Instagram, some Arsenal players including Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang have reacted to the player's arrival.
The official Instagram account of the Gunners posted a picture of Partey with a caption: "Welcome to the Partey! #NoThomasNoPartey."
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Hector Bellerin and Sead Kolasinac were the first players to "like" the post.
