Phil Foden fires warning to Liverpool and Manchester United after Brighton win

Phil Foden thinks that Manchester City are back to their best following their 1-0 win over Brighton on Wednesday. It was Foden's goal at the 44th minute that helped City celebrate a victory. Currently, Pep Guardiola's side are 3rd in the league table with four points behind league leaders Manchester United and have played one game less. "We know that we have a game in hand now and we just have to think of the next opponent and not think too far ahead," Foden told BT Sport. "We just want to keep going with this form and pushing to win the league, hopefully. "I definitely feel that we're back to our best. We can definitely take confidence from the last few results now. "Today I still thought we could have done better, and we dug deep to get the win. "So overall I'm very proud of the team, how we kept going until the final whistle, and overall it was a great result." source - Manchester Evening News / Join us on Telegram
