Peter Crouch names his best ever Premier League XI of foreign players, including Manchester City and Liverpool stars

Former footballer Peter Crouch has picked his best ever Premier League XI of foreign players, including Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City stars. In a Q&A with the Daily Mail, one reader asked the 39-year-old for his dream foreign XI, and Crouch replied: "Goodness, Brian! I could be here for the rest of the week and still be worrying about my selections. "I'm going to play a Christmas tree formation - 4-3-2-1 - and I think this team would see lots of the ball. "(Denis) Irwin slots in at right-back as he was versatile. He played mostly on the left for Manchester United but you only had to see his ability with a dead ball. Midfield was almost impossible to choose and I feel bad for leaving out Sergio Aguero but I had to have (Dennis) Bergkamp and (Gianfranco) Zola. That wasn't an option."
